Here's Dr. Khalid Al-Mansour, author of "Betrayal By Any Other Name" breaking down the history. In Part 2 of the clip he talks about some of the history Of the NAACP and how the solutions that Europeans prescribed for African-Americans were totally different than what European Immigrants did for themselves. They focused on Education and Economic Empowerment so they could become self sufficient and hire their own people. Economics was not part of the plan for the NAACP even though there were high poverty rates for African-Americans. The reason why is because Europeans wanted to keep African-Americans spending money with European merchants so they could keep making money off of us.

He starts dealing with the history of the NAACP at 4:56. No one is saying that the NAACP never did anything that was good but you have to understand the overall history of the organization.

TOPIC         CASHGATE SCANDAL

Indicators: SIGNS OF DESPERATION AND THAT CAPITALISM HAS FAILED TO ADDRESS SOCIAL NATIVE SOCIAL TRANSFORMATION AND DEVELOMENT. IT IS DRAGONIC AND CRASHING.

CASH GATE SCANDAL

Firstly our appeal is to approach this problem with a human face.We should not point fingers now or take actions against anyone before finding the root cause of so called government looting of its resources. We have to explore whether the major criminals are the people involved or the Economic colonial capitalist Government system. After weighing these two is when we will come to the conclusion to find which one is at fault.  Note, a well fed dog will not steal from the house of his master. If that dog steals the food from his master, that is an indication that the master is starving the dog. The same is true with the Malawi colonial capitalism dating back to slavery, colonial, and after independence. This is why there is extreme man made native poverty in both urban and rural native communities. This has been achieved by

·         Systematically stealing the shares of the native people which is 40%.This 40% is being stolen in collaboration with the Imaginary Government system and World Bank, IMF and other lending institutions. These people have just recovered back a small amount of what is being stolen from native people by the Imaginary Government,Word Bank ,IMF and other international  lending institutions.eg Kayelekela ,and Kanyika mines. These cash gate people are innocent people. The government is the major criminal stealing from the people.

·         The failure of the reserve bank to stand by the native people by failing to put in place structures of channeling the cash money into urban and rural community’s native people to give them buying power.Kamuzu was using Admarc.New currencies have been printed but are given and confined to commercial banks only which make it difficult to obtain bank loans into rural native communities. This result in the migration of people coming into cities causing congestions. This movement of people destroys both the rural and urban communities. So this irresponsibility by the reserve bank to circulate the money into people has been filled by the people whom you call cash gate scandal. These people have at least helped stimulate the circulation of the currencies into people which reserve bank has failed. They have done a good job. They have built good houses, bought good cars which are expected when one is paid handsomely.

·         The failure of the government to give native people decent houses, food, clothes and other social service.

·         The failure of the government to give employees enough salaries to meet their basic needs. How can an employee be given MK30, 000.00 survive in town yet the money is just being locked up in banks?

·         Exorbitant multiple taxes of native people .That is theft by the government. The 40% of these taxes should go into native account owned by the chiefs and their charismatic elders to build decent community houses, clothes, hospitals, water, education, care for orphans, food security.

For so long now, our economic destiny have been put in the hands of the politicians, various religious leaders. But this has turned into empty promises creating massive poverty in out nation. To mitigate this problem, there must be a direct economic injection into urban and rural native communities. Native people have been excluded from the economic activities currently being practiced. The native account has been bypassed since colonial days. The Native Kings and their charismatic subjects have the authority to run this account for their social and economic developments in their areas. This is the economic backbone of the native societies and the nation.  This is the Economic foundation of the nation. Without it, a nation is built on sandy foundation.

The economic support sources are:         1-40% share from various foreign businesses operated in their areas

                                                                                2-Weekly, Monthly and year Contributions from their subjects both currently in

                                                                                 that area or outside(Diaspora) .

.                                                                               3-Contribution from NGO’s, and lending institution.

                                                                                4-40% share from taxes collected by the imaginary government.            

                                                                                5-10% share from land rental s collected from none native people.

                                                                                6-Fund raising activities.

                                                                                7-Penalities from Native Judicial System.

                                                                                8-Sale of Agricultural and industrial products.

Finally, let us stop finger pointing. If that is the case, then everybody is to blame. The economic and government systems which we have embraced have proved to be criminal entity. The commercial banks and reserve banks have become foreign agent’s institutions failing to address the welfare of native people.

We will set up native bank s whose interest’s rate will be almost 0%., Native Judicial System etc.

Races whose percentage of Music and Dances are above 75% ,the spirit of war is below 25%. The opposite is true. The wars happening in Arab countries waged by the west is as result of the reason stated above.They don't know how to dance and sing.As black people we will teach them how to dance and sing in order to stop the wars.We have already organized the bands  from Africa to be staged in Iraq,Syria,Egypt,Afghanistan and Israel to remove warlike spirits.Performing the right foot steps in rhythm to the music  brings in happiness and peace to the society and nations.

SADC,AU -IMPLEMENT INDEGENOUSATION PROGRAMME AT THE SAME TIME.

40% NATIVE share for native has to be given to the native people or deposit it into the native account .The native people and their native kings and their subjects are basic ,solid economic foundation where all economic activities have to be refereed to. Why refer our economy to a foreign power or currency.?Implement indigenousation programme without delay.This is the poverty trap we have been subjected to.

ECONOMIC BASE-NATIVE KINGS AND THEIR SUBJECTS-THE LAND AND ALL THEIR NATURAL RESOURCES BELONG TO THEM

The native share for any business trans actions is 40%.Hence the creation of the native account where all the dues should be deposited .The current economic practice currently being implemented is bypassing this requirement ever since the slave and colonial days.This share aught to be quantified and given back to the owners-native people. Like Mines is south Africa, Zimbabwe , Zambia ,Nigeria etc. etc.These Multinational foreign companies have the obligation give this share to native people like Paladin Africa,and Mota Angel running ships on lake Malawi.The Usage of this share are as follows:
-Building decent flats or houses for the rural masses at village level.
-Buying cloths
-Investing in agriculture.
-Combating diseases.
-Investing in Education,
-and many more social responsibility.
Ownership of these has been stolen away by practicing mafia economic systems.Ladies and Gentlemen why is it that those in decision making positions fail to see this theft taking place!

CONSTITUTION is the heart and soul of a nations.But this heart and soul was given to Kamuzu Banda by the colonialists,the British is 1963 in Lancaster House.It is a British constitution.The Malawi ,Sadc,,African constitution would have incorporated the 40% share for the native people.This share is being stolen away.Thus why there is massive man made poverty amongst the indigenous people.We have to act now ,or else is between life and death yet these natural resources  belong to us native people.It is blind that there are witches and traditional healers.It does not recognize that kingship in a family lineage and not empowering a politician whose mandate is 5 years to choose a  chief whose mandate is for life.It takes away the basic rights of native people.It empowers the law of the jungle.

LEGAL SYSTEM is again is shambles.How could a case committed in Malawi referred to Britain.What ever they judged in Britain should apply in Malawi.Our Native Legal system is straightforward .We pinpoint what shaved the Guinna fowl.And the judgement  is passed.Note Custodial punishment in depleting a lot national resources.The maximum time  for  serious custodial sentence is 10 years .How can a convict charged over 100 yrs as is the case in USA!. Do these people consider the lifespan of a human?Useless justice system.

VICIOUS DRAGON ECONOMIC  CYCLE.

The economic system being implemented before and during colonial eras was aimed at systemically; destroying the fabric of Native Societies. The Native Societies structures are Native Kings, their charismatic, native elders and citizens. This form the bulk of domestic majority, reference bases (foundations) of real governments. The land, the waters, trees, minerals, the wild animals belong to these native people. The Native people have the right to economic fare share of 40% of profit for any business operating in these environments. The disappearance or accountability 0f this 40% share has led to destruction of the environments like in Ogoni Land in Nigeria, Mining sector in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Australia, Brazil and other third world counties, Social destruction of Native people;-poor housing, endemic diseases, poor dressing, cultivated hunger, enhanced death rate, injustices, and apartheid.  The deliberate policies to bypass, steal and withhold the 40% native share is speeding the doomsday for native people. This is ethnic native Cleansing using advanced criminal activity. We want this 40% now to manage survivals of native people. This can be traced since slavery, before colonial and after colonial days. Native people are not supposed to beg their own share, but it has to be given to them without any discussion like Oil mining in Nigeria, Congo, Malawi.Kayelekela Mines, and South African mine. This fare share should be as follows:

NATIVE PEOPLE’S SHARE                                   =40% OF PROFIT.

COMPANIES ENGAGED (foreign)                       =40% OF PROFIT.

BROKERS (THE IMAGINALY GVT)                      =15%  OF PROFIT.

LABOUR COSTS                                                 =5%    OF PROFIT.

This is the universal fare share, which should be applied anywhere in the world. So whatever international business agreement s the artificial gvts make, they should be aware that 40% share should go in the Native Peoples Account. Money collected in the churches, Mosques 40% share should go to Native Account for Native Social development.

KAYELEKELA MINES ,DAYLIGHT ROBBERY

Primarily the Minerals (Uranium ores)belong to the native Malawians whose share is 40%.
Secondily the investor has the share of 40%
Thirdly The Malawi Imaginary Government has the share of 15%
Forth the Workers have the share of 5%
Therefore ,God has given Malawians  the right to process,store ,use nuclear materials without hinndrances by anybody.

Now is the time to act.and implement these conditions.
So ministry of energy and mining in Malawi implement these without foreign interference.It is our birth right.
Infact the little money which is given to Malawi as loan by the World bank IMF is our very stolen money ,recycled back to us.A big chunk of it is retained by them.Dragonic economic sysytem.Its good to note that the West,World Bank, IMF are bankrupt. So they survive on deceptions.We have all these senses to check this.
